Everyone knows a realtor - your cousin, your neighbour, your friend from middle school - but trust me… You NEED these two.Daniele and Josh helped my husband and me sell a condo and buy our first family home. To put it simply, I can not praise the skills and professionalism that these two demonstrated throughout this process enough. My husband and I were nervous about making such big decisions but through the entire process Daniele and Josh stood out as patient and knowledgeable. We had a million questions, concerns, and not to mention shifting criteria — and they both handled responses like it was our first request.Three things stood out to me:In selling the condo, I was nervous about having people come through during the height of Covid - and Josh and Daniele helped us set reasonable limits and strategies. We felt in control of the scenario and that our lives were not turned upside down due to random showings. It really helped that Josh and Daniele had terrific suggestions for staging the condo early on, and our photos stood out.Secondly, going to showings was really lovely with these two. They had a good eye for critical details that we would have otherwise missed. I also appreciated that in the heat of a hot market when properties were selling the day they were listed Josh and Daniele were available for us. It struck me, especially at this moment, that having a team of experts ensured that we always felt like a priority.Lastly, when we were ready to make offers on our new property they helped us understand the process. They echoed our goals to keep us focused and gave opinions that turned out to be invaluable. Even after the paperwork was signed Josh and Daniele have been so supportive.
